the room was big, and very clean, it was also cleaned daily. i liked the pools and the adults only pool was quiet. the staff in reception are cute.
check in were horrible. NO ONE told us anything except we had to pay resort fees and parking daily. i had to call several times for bath towels.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and four pools! The room was very clean. It had everything I needed. I got free chairs and towels at the beach with my hotel key. The free shuttle service was a nice perk.
I found the staff at the front desk was not as attentive. I needed extra towels, and I had to ask three times. It took more than two hours to receive them.
